Export Compliance & Responsible Use
Last updated 05 November 2026. These terms apply to business, university, government and research customers of TripleBond Scientific Inc.
Our position
TripleBond manufactures mycotoxins, metabolites and specialty research chemicals for scientific, analytical and food-safety work. Several of these materials are toxic and are controlled in some jurisdictions. We take responsibility for who we supply and for what purpose, and we will decline business where that cannot be established.
Research and analytical use only
All goods are supplied for laboratory research and analytical use only. They must not be administered to humans or animals, used in or on food, feed, drugs, cosmetics or consumer products, or used for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose. Acceptance of an order is conditional on this restriction.
Who we supply
We supply businesses, universities, government agencies, research institutes and other professional organisations, and we ship only to business, university, government or laboratory addresses. We do not supply private individuals, and we do not ship to residential addresses. We may ask you to confirm your institution, your role, the intended application and the laboratory facilities available before we accept an order.
End-use verification
For some products, quantities or destinations we will ask for written end-use information, the name of the responsible scientist, or evidence of an institutional account before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, at any stage and without giving reasons, where the end use is unclear, where the quantity requested is inconsistent with the stated analytical purpose, or where the request does not appear to come from a professional laboratory.
Export control, sanctions and import rules
Shipments are made subject to Canadian export control and sanctions law and to the import and biosecurity rules of the destination country. The customer is responsible for obtaining any import permit, quarantine authorisation or licence required at destination, and must provide it before dispatch. Goods must not be re-exported, transferred or diverted in breach of any applicable law. We cannot ship to destinations or parties subject to applicable sanctions or restrictions.
Documentation we provide
Each shipment travels with the commercial and customs documentation required for its destination. A Certificate of Analysis and Safety Data Sheet are supplied on request and are sent with confirmed orders. Where a destination requires a declaration of origin, a statement of research use, or additional certification, we will prepare it on request.
Safe handling and disposal
Customers are responsible for handling and disposing of these materials safely and lawfully, using trained personnel, appropriate containment and personal protective equipment. Read the Safety Data Sheet before opening any product. Storage and handling requirements are published on each product page.
